Customer Question

Trying to replace the spark plugs. There is an electrical cable above the manifold. I don't know how to disconnect it. The connector has a maroon colored clip on the cable end.
JA: How many miles are on the car? When was the last time the plugs were changed?
Customer: 4 years ago I think.
JA: What is the model/year of your Mitsubishi?
Customer: Outlander 2007
JA: Are you fixing your Outlander yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just removed the plastic parts and tubes.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no.

Can you send me a couple pictures of the wire harness connector you can not get released?

Most connectors have a clip you press on the side to get it to release.
