2009 Mitsubishi Lancer: When applying brakes, grinding sound occurs, the slower the car gets the louder the sound is. Brakes, calibers, struts and everything else looks good. what else could it be. HELP!

This sounds like an axle bearing starting to go out and has nothing to do with the brakes. Have them spin the wheels on a lift with the motor off and the trans in neutral.
