JA: Has the battery been recently disconnected? Have you checked the manual or the glove box for the radio code?
Customer: yes I bought it used and didn't get one ive searched everywhere

Hello and welcome to just answer and allowing me to assist you. The reason it requires a code after you disconnect the battery is a built in theft deterrent. if you don't have thew code the only recourse you have is take the radio number to a dealer and see if they can retrieve it or last resort is send the radio in to the manufacturer and have them reset it and record the code.sorry but that's the nature of the beast.
