JA: Besides this, what condition is the car in?
Customer: great 100k
JA: What is the model/year of your Mitsubishi?
Customer: 2005 endeavoe awd
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: have and spraying spline area with wd40, was using 6" 3 jaw bry puller
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No I think my options is to remove the complete ass and take to hyd press

Hello and welcome to just answer and and allowing me to assist you. sorry to hear about your dilemma, but that seems to be a common fault with allot f Asian built cars trying to do rear bearing work and unfortunately they end up having to replace the axle with bearing because even though you may get it out it usually damages the splines. This is due to such a tight interference fit and no anti seize n the surfaces they literally weld together. Hope this gives you a direction of where to go with your problem.
