Hi,

Do you have spark while cranking?

Any trouble codes being set?

If you give it a few shots of starting fluid in the intake will it ignite at all?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
it will if i give it starting fluid and the codes were crank sensor codes
Expert:  Doug replied 1 year ago.

Thanks.

Would you say that if you kept feeding it starting fluid out would continue to run?

Are the crank sensor codes no longer coming up after replacing the crank sensor?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I i think it would stay on but codes still come up
Expert:  Doug replied 1 year ago.

Thanks.

If the crank sensor code is continuing to come up this needs to be our primary concern.

Please remove the upper timing covers and then rotate the crankshaft by hand until the marks on the face of the cam gears align to the v notches in the valve covers behind them. Make sure both align at the same time, then look at the crank pulley and see where it's mark aligns on the plastic timing scale on the lower cover.
