Mitsubishi Repair Problems? Ask a Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hi,If the fuses are definitely good, then I would be expecting either a bad multi function switch (head light switch) or a bad lighting control relay. The lighting control relay is under the hood and has a six pin connector (not all pins are always populated), the top row of three wires will be Green/White on the left, Red in the center and Red/White on the right. Check to see if you have power on the Red wire with the key on. If you do not, recheck your fuses. If you do, check to see if you have ground on the green/white with the headlight switch turned on. If you do not, then you have a bad combination/headlight switch (or wiring in between). If you do have ground there, then please check for power on the Red/White wire with the key on and headlight switch on, with the relay installed. If you do not have power, then the relay is bad. If you do have power, then you would have a wiring issue between the relay and bulbs or bulbs and ground (highly unlikely since none are working).
It looks like we missed each other. I am going to be stepping out on a break for a while but will return later this evening.
