Hi,
Can you provide your VIN for the vehicle?
Is the problem occurring currently?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
IT IS A CURRENT PROBLEM BUT NOT EVERY TIME YOU START THE CAR OR EVERY TIME YOU SHUT IT OFF, BUT WHEN THE BLOWER STAYS RUNNING WITH THE KEY OFF , IF WE START THE CAR AND SHUT IT OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES EVRY THING GOES BACK TO NORMAL , WE DID CHANGE THE IGNITION SW BUT THAT WAS NO HELP
THE VIN # ***** THANK YOU ! RICK

Thanks Rick.
I have two primary suspects here I would like to look into.
First, go to the under hood relay center, and in the long narrow relay box locate the AC clutch relay that is all the way to the rear indicated with a snow flake.
Remove this relay (you can swap it with the horn or something) and see if the condition stops. You may hear the clutch magnet make noise when you pull it out as the problem is occurring.
Second, please check the fan operation for this specific behavior:
With the engine running and fan on one of the low speeds, the AC light is on without fan operation, with the fan on one of the higher speeds the light is off but with fan operation.
