There isn't any realistic way to disable the immobilizer. All methods require a factory scan tool which would put you right back where you are now, needing a dealer.
A lock smith can only make a working key if they have the proper hardware that is Mitsubishi-specific. Generic key software will not work on Mitsubishis.
How do you know the transponders do not work? Or are we assuming that based on the engine not starting?
