Mitsubishi Raider XLS: I just did new heads and timing set

I just did new heads and timing set on a 2006 Mitsubishi raider with the 3.7 and now I'm getting a p0016 code. cam and crank misaligned. and I had the chains set dead on

First be 100% the timing is on mark .just one tooth will trip this code..
Check the cam and crank sensor connections , wiring harness for damage.
Scope the two sensors and check for missing signals or irregular signal.
Make sure they are fitted fully in there seats .
Tone ring on crankshaft slipped/broken,
Tone ring on camshaft slipped/broken,
Bad crank sensor,
Bad cam sensor,
Damaged wiring to crank/cam sensor,
Timing chain tensioner damaged.
Aftermarket chain and tensioner can also cause problems if they are only 1/2 tooth short or long.
