Morning Gentlemen I have a Mitsubishi Montero 2003 with 150000 miles. Between the speeds of 45 to 50 miles per hour the truck jerks very badly on smooths roads. Below is what have done so far. 1.Dealership found tech bulletin of a similar problem and replaces the filter and transmission fluid and said that should fix the problem.2.Transmission Repair Shop replace the converter.3.Car Repair Shop replaces the part that ingauge the 4x4 So far replacing all theses items I still have the same problem not to mention the cost factor. They stated the transmission does not need to be replaced. Help

Hi,It sounds like you have been on the right track but something has gone wrong.Do you have access to a scan tool so that we can verify that this is converter clutch related? We need to see the TCC solenoid duty cycle percentage when the shaking starts and the percentage when the shaking stops. This will tell us if we are heading the right direction or not.
