Hello

To be clear, you are not the babies biological Father? Is that your concern?

Expert:  Sam replied 5 months ago.

Or is this involving a violation of a protection order I apologize that it does not appear to be clear what the situation is.

Expert:  Sam replied 5 months ago.

If you are not the biological Father, then petition for a paternity case.

Expert:  Sam replied 5 months ago.

If you get a paternity test done, via a court order then it will be evident you are not the biological Father.

Ok. Is the no contact that was issue by a commander of your old company till be in effect after moving to a different company?
Expert:  Sam replied 5 months ago.

It is in effect until it is no longer in effect. So even if moved to another company it is still in effect. The moving to another company, or even a state or another country does not eliminate or terminate a Protection order.
