Hello

This is Samuel and I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard.

An arrest does not need to be reported. However, you have 5 days to report a conviction to your immediate supervisor. So if you are convicted, you need to information your immediate supervisor. An arrest is not a conviction. A conviction includes any type of plea of guilt, no contest pleas and probation before judgment or deferred adjudications.
