If my military security forces, NCIS or OSI and or the FBI

Customer Question

Hi, If my military security forces, NCIS or OSI and or the FBI investigated me but I was never questioned or arrested or charged or interviewed would that show up on the National Agency Check during a security clearance renewal because those investigations would probably be in the respective military investigative files?

How do you know you were investigated if you were never questioned or charged?
