Good afternoon sir,
I am a sergeant with 7 years TIS(4 active/3 NG, currently NG) with pending separation actions under GENERAL discharge characterization against me for testing positive for THC. My ETS is Nov 2016, and I already had no plan towards reenlistment. I have no prior infractions, unsatisfactory marks, or negative counseling statements against me since enlistment. In addition, I've served overseas in Iraq '10 and have received multiple commendations for my exemplary service. My goal is to either be reconsidered for completion of my contract, or be considered for a HONORABLE discharge characterization for which the NG has given me a request for conditional waiver.
