Some states have laws making that criminal. Others do not. Some of the ones that don't have harassment laws that would be used. In the military, publishing nude or sexually explicit photos online of another person can be charged as a criminal offense.

Might I suggest that you call his command? They command will likely warn him against such conduct, which usually deters Marines from doing such things. This could save you some embarrassment.
