What format dose my attorney need to use when spelling out

Customer Question

what format dose my attorney need to use when spelling out my soon to x spouses entitlements.
this is what I want will this work
VA benefit taken out first;
the remaining balance then split into mine and hers;
her balance taxed and my balanced taxed at this time;
disposable income
she gets charged for half the medical, I get charged for medical;
she gets charged for half the Dental, I get charged for Dental;
she wants survivors benefit to continue, she is to pay the entire premium;
she gets the remainder of her half after tax deposited into her account for life;
I get the remainder of her half after tax deposited into her account for life;
would something like this work 1st so I don't get double taxed and she is taxed on her half an me on mine;
and so she pays the entire premium for survivors benefit.
thanks Jim Dillman

There are no true magic words here; however, the former spouse protection act will come into play. Would it help to chat about this on the phone?
