I am on ADOS title 32 USC (F) (1) (B) orders. Does allow me to get a National Guard pension earlier than age 60?
Thanks for the chance to help. I am an attorney with over 12 years military law experience.

Sorry...not sure I understand what you mean by "national guard pension"?

Are you asking if you can qualify for a 20 year active duty military retirement while on Title 32 orders?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.
I heard that the orders I am on will reduce the age at which I can receive my pension. Usually we can get a pension at age 60 but with these orders does it allow me to retire and collect a pension before age 60.
Then perhaps

This comes from 10 US Code Section 12731. This law reduces eligibility age for receipt of Reserve retired pay by three months for each aggregate of 90 days of qualifying active duty performed within a fiscal year. Eligibility age cannot be reduced below age 50

Qualifying service is under Title 32, U.S.C., Section 502(f) for purposed of responding to a national emergency declared by the President or supported by Federal funds.

SO if you have such service, then it will reduce your eligibility to collect your retired pension.
