I retired from the military active duty. They used the reserve system to divide my retirement. The also violated the Soldiers and Sailors relief act to determine the amount of time we were Married

Sorry...not sure I understand your question...what is going on? How is it that if you had 20 years or more of active duty time they used your reserve time??

I was AGR title 32 for 20 years and had 9 years of reserve time but I retired as active duty and am drawing my military retirement know not at age 60
