Optional Information: State/Country relating to question: Tennessee Already Tried: I recieved rating and military information I need lay terms information and any benefits. Where canI get help?
Thanks for the chance to help. I am an attorney with over 12 years military law experience.TDIU (temporary disability due to individual unemployability) is a special monthly compensation give to veterans who are not able to work. It is a temporary rating at 100%....and when they get the rating, they get paid at 100%.If you are being paid 100% compensation, then TDIU is not going to help...since you are already at 100%>But you should contact your local VSO (veterans services officer). They can help you understand the benefits. You can contact your county VSO hereHere is the link
