[email protected] was given to me a a place to request phone service for a serviceman in kabul-I was asked to send $415 for the serviceman to receive a satelight phone to be able to phone me. How can I check to see if that is a leglimate site,service & really the price?

This is a common scam. U.S. soldiers don't have to buy satellite phones to reach people on the U.S. The military has their own communication systems.

When I was in Bosnia, we had phones set up by AT&T that we could pay to use.
