using 2010 but prefer 2003 commands. How to keep Home open at top of page rather than file when typing
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Lenovo Think Pad 2013
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: all updates to Windows but not to Word specifically unless contained in the windows update
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office expert to know before I connect you?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. When you are in the Home tab, click on the small arrow icon near the upper right corner to make it stick (or collapsed.) Actually, since you prefer the version 2003 commands, please try the following:

- Close all Office / Word programs / windows for now.

- Click on the website below:

http://www.ubit.ch/software/ubitmenu-languages/

, then there, click on Download English UBitMenu to download / install the UBitMenu.

- Once the installation is finished, open your Word program, and it should give you similar menus / commands like in the 2003 version.
