I need to add a signature line for documents that are in template form. There will be multiple different signatures everyday. Is there a way to create a sig line for these documents and a certificate for each employee

I work at an EMS company and our unit check off sheets are on excel as templates, then we save them as documents. The templates are reused daily. I need to capture signatures to verify our CDS narcotics when they do their checkoffs. I need to know how I can capture different signatures and they be verified
