Ok, what are the options in the pull down menu?

And what version of MS Word are you using?

I am using Windows 7 Word -- I need to type in my choices when I pull down the menu
Expert:  Jess M. replied 6 months ago.

No. There is no such version. Please check carefully because the procedures vary from one version to another. Is it Word 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016?

I can't give you exact procedures when you cannot tell me which version of MS Word you are using. Please close Word. Open it. Then on the splash screen tell me what version it is

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
I don't understand - my help desk at work told me I had version 7 windows
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
can't you please send me the directions for Word 7 and perhaps I can fix on my computer at home?
Expert:  Jess M. replied 6 months ago.

I am very sorry but that is not the correct version of Microsoft Word that I know of. For Windows, it is. Unfortunately, I cannot give you the specific procedures until you can tell me which version of MS Word you are using.

Go to Control Panel => Programs and Features. Locate what version of Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office is listed there

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
All I see is Microsoft Visual
Expert:  Jess M. replied 6 months ago.

It should be listed there. Microsoft Office XXXX
