Per the website's policy, email address can't be exchanged except for remote assistance session which requires extra change. You don't need to do that, you may simply click the "+" sign beside the Send button to upload an example.

Can you please call JustAnswer customer service at 1-***-***-**** for help? They can tell you how to upload a file from your (customer) interface. I (expert) have a different interface, I can't tell you where to upload. Sorry.
