Customer Question

I have to create a spreadsheet that lists the names of our vendors and the product or service category they are listed under.
I thought that I could enter the info in the two columns then click SORT A-Z and it would group all the companies into the alpha category, but it is not working.
What am I doing wrong? I've done this before but now it won't work.

I would like to help you with this.....but I would need to SEE this in action, as if I were sitting next to you.

This is doen using a remote session, so i can connect to your computer and show you, or help you through the process.

Do you have time to do this now?

Microsoft Excel is a VERY complex program, with SO MANY different tools and options.

It can be easy to get lost of cnfused, or to easily mess somethign up...

So thats why i want to do the remote session..
