JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: LENOVO thinkpad
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: As I said, I got an update notice, & accepted it WITHOUT FIRST SAVING. Now it does an UNWANTED next step automatically, Messing up data.
