Hi There. I am Bing and I look forward to helping you with your issue today.
I guess you are referring to the information such as author name, organisation and revisions etc in File Properties of an Excel file? Am I correct?
No on the top right of the screen is the name of the person that is signed in
mmm... could you please post a screenshot of what you see on your desktop?
mmm.... are you using Excel of Office 365, which is subscription based?
What operating system are you using?
And window 7 on another machine
Okay all with same version of Excel?
yes a subscription on both
Microsoft Office 365
Okay. I got it. Please give me a bit more time to check the possible options. Won't be long.
Thank you need to produce screen shots for exhibits and can't have a name in the header other then the file name...
BTW, might be a silly question: if you log out from Office 365, you can't use your local Excel at all? I am using Excel 2013, sign-in seems to be an option for me, not necessary. As I remember you should be able to use it offline. :)
Are you still with me? Got an idea to mask your logon name though it is not a solution just a trick. :)
