Customer: PC , I was communicating with Kristopher T order nomber 16646109-913
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I get auto updte on MS subscription
JA: Anything else you want the Microsoft Office expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: He had remote access to my computer and we got disconnected

I am on phone now with Bank of America on use of credit card, they have places hold on credit card because of several transcactions with you in the last few minutes. I am now working with Bank of Amsrica to tell them is is OK to use my credit card.
