Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What's your internet browser program, such as Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel.
; (If needed, press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type control then click OK, then the Control Panel window should open.)
  3. Open Network and Internet / Internet Options.
; (You can also press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type inetcpl.cpl then click OK, then the Internet Options window should open.)
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer, and check websites.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, click on the website below:

http://www.firefox.com

, then there, download and install the Firefox software

; keep all default options during installation and import if prompted

, then close Internet Explorer program

, then open Mozilla Firefox program, and go to websites in Firefox program and see they work fine in the Firefox program.

- If all fails, please answer my questions in my previous reply above, so I can troubleshooting the issue further.
