Hi,

I do not understand what you want to do, can you explain If you like I can connect to your PC and see and do the work for you

OK. You know that you can add text in/on top/beside the bars on the Gantt chart. I want to add the sub name and a date to each bar for each task. I want to go to a window where I can say add sub name, date or what ever to each bar in the whole chart, click and have all that information transferred from the information columns to all the bars at once. Right now I know only how to add such information one bar at a time.

I'm not sure I follow you. I have Project open now but it's 2016.

Could we have a remote session and have a look?

Kristopher,
This is a pretty simple request about a function. Either it exists or it doesn't in 2010 version.

Not sure if this is possible but I will give it a try and get back to you .
