You're trying to convert from Word 2003 to Word 2016?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
running win10 and word (office) 16. documents are word 03. when I open the old files the formatting, inches are the same but the display is page wide. shouldn't the current office program adjust?

If you see Compatibility Mode in the title bar, here's how you can find out which mode you're in:

  1. Click File > Info.

  2. In the Inspect Document section, click Check for Issues > Check Compatibility
