Can I use Office 365 to do a mail merge and send out emails?

Customer Question

can I use Office 365 to do a mail merge and send out emails?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: gmail
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: actually I havent tried it yet. I have Outlook for Mac, which does not support mail merge, so thats why I am thinking of logging into 365 and doing if from there..
JA: The Microsoft Office expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: nope
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Microsoft Office Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello, and thank you for using this service.

You can do mail merge with Office 365. Do you already have your merge data in a CSV (comma separated) file?
