Have you recently upgraded to Windows 10?

Finally got a screen I can answer on. It is Microsoft VISIO 13 and I do get an error message "something happened. Cannot start VISIO". I tried re-booted in Safe mode to try to fix problem, but, no go. Same thing happens.
