I just purchased Office 365 personal this morning. I am trying to open a document and when it comes up it is YYYYYYYYYYYand boxes. I must be doing something wrong. I tried another document and the top part is readable the rest of the document was a series of lines to fill in, those only showed one every inch or so. What do I need to do?

Just went through my emails for yesterday and today as well as what when in "junk" file. Only email I received from microsoft was the receipt for purchasing a 1 year auto renewal subscription to Office 365 Personal. I will call this done and deal with it by redoing it or whatever I have to do. Thanks for your help

Doubtful as had to have someone else help me and they found viruses that messed up my computer, encrypted some of my documents so I am not happy with this outcome. Thanks Yvette for what you tried to do.
