I am trying to make it so that on my Attendance Record

I am trying to make it so that on my Attendance Record Worksheet the calendar portion will pull in data from each month. So that if Late is selected in the January tab on Jan 1, it will also show on the Attendance Record when the user is selected up top (MATid) and calculate each day with totals of each month. It is trying to use iferror vlookup , but not showing up the data in the last sheet

I see it looks at MATLookup3

But where should it be searching and which column should it be returning?
