I've been receiving Windows 10 downloading schedule dates

Customer Question

I've been receiving Windows 10 downloading schedule dates and I don't want to upgrade to Windows 10. How can I stop it, without giving me a choice except to change the day and time which is now set at June 1st at 10 AM. HELP!

Hi Beverly. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Can we do a screen sharing session and I can fix this for you?

Expert:  Byron replied 6 months ago.

Fixing this requires changing some registry entries to put a permanent stop to this.

You still there, Beverly?

Hi Beverly. Would you still like to stop the upgrade before it happens? Please send a reply when you

are available.

Expert:  Byron replied 6 months ago.

Hi Beverly. If the upgrade ended up going through we can roll this back to your old version of Windows.
