I'm looking with a semi-complex formula that will calculate

Customer Question

Hello, I'm looking for help with a semi-complex formula that will calculate "due date and time" for a case based on other known attributes of a case (i.e., received date & time and requested due time) I have a nice flow chart that explains the logic and decision points, I just don't know how to write the formula. I can send you my flow chart and an a sample set of cases if that helps.

your welcome

Expert:  Richard replied 10 months ago.

sorry but I am not able to complete this. I am not able to get the date comparisons at that complexity to work correctly.

I will have to opt out. You do not need to do anything, when a new expert takes over, you will be notified.

Sorry I could not solve this for you.

Ok thank you

i will take a look at this and see what can be done.

I'm trying to connect but it doesn't seem to be going through
Expert:  The-PC-Guy replied 10 months ago.

ok, I think there is a way to do this, but it will require a macro, to create a custom function to do this. It is just too complicated for the built in formulas.

are you opposed to using macros?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No, a macro is fine.
Expert:  The-PC-Guy replied 10 months ago.

ok, good i think that will make it easier.

So here is the deal, due to the complexity of the issue I believe that the question is worth more than the price you are offering.

To that end I am sending an additional service offer. If you accept it I will get started on this.
