Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Does this issue occur in a particular Word document? Or does it occur in all old and/or new documents?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

, and/or in the REVIEW tab, you can use the option Accept or Reject track changes there, then click on Track Changes icon to turn it on or off.
