OK, let's try resetting your browser the paged maybe cached incorrectly.
This will require that you close IE which the page will be closed out. Just come back when your done let me know how it goes. Click on Tools at the top of your browser if you do not see Tools. On your keyboard press and hold the ATL key then press A. Click on Internet Options from the Drop Down.
Click on The Advanced Tab then click On Reset. It will prompt you to close IE and reopen.
