I cannot get into my gmail account. I get a message asking that I go to Https://support.google.com/mail/accounts/answer/7854 (failure). when I enter that I'm told that that page is no longer available. what is my solution?

not from a PC. It is active on my phone and when I go to Gmail on line. It doesn't work through my outlook like it has the past five years.

This will require that you close IE which the page will be closed out. Just come back when your done let me know how it goes. Click on Tools at the top of your browser if you do not see Tools. On your keyboard press and hold the ATL key then press A. Click on Internet Options from the Drop Down.

Click on The Advanced Tab then click On Reset. It will prompt you to close IE and reopen.

I got the same message to log into browser and type the 78754 failure. The earlier message was 7854 failure
