Been using Smilebox for years. Suddenly I'm getting this message #7759 and cannot send my latest album. What is wrong?

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or mac computer?

Have you restarted the computer and check yet?

- Please make sure the date / time clock on your computer is correct.

- If needed, open Internet Options in Control Panel, then delete temporary internet/website files and then click on the Advanced tab and reset it

- If needed, check that your antivirus/security/firewall program is not blocking Smilebox program.

- If needed, uninstall / reinstall Smilebox program.
