Customer Question

My computer will not open any microsoft office software, including Word. First my computer would not send the print message to my printer, but would send to an alternate printer. My husband could send to my printer.
Then, trying to fix this, we reinstalled the software and after that could not open Word at all. What should I do?

Hello. My name is, Mike. I'd like to try and assist you with your issue. It sounds like this issue just happened recently. The first thing you should do is try to run a System Restore. This will not delete any of your files, but will reset any settings that may have been inadvertently changed that could be causing your problem. Here are some instructions with pictures on how to use System Restore:http://www.wikihow.com/Use-System-Restore-on-Windows-7 You are going to want to choose a restore point that goes back to when everything was functioning normally.
