got it
Where is the vlookup?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Column H on recon tab should be pulling data from UAT 76001
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
When you validate formula..there is an error after ISNA....
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
problem is there not number values but stored as text
I converted them to number (select all values in column then click the ! and select convert to number) in both Recon A and UAT76001 A
It then works

Which column in which tab?
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
All the ones being references in the Vlookup, always when you use numbers so in yours
Recon A
And UAT 76001 A
As the vlookup is referencing them to match
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
but it not pulling the correct value into the cell H16 on recon tab
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
do you see the na error on recon tab..that is incorrect
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
ok, its matching based on the rules you put in the formula, I just made your formula work which it is now, so will be a fault in the construction of your formula and the rules you have put in.
I need to go offline now, so I will opt out for another expert to take over.
In the meantime as the formula has no errors, explain here what you want the actual formula to do and the expert can implement the way you want, as its your rules that are now the problem.

can I download with same file id to see latest correction you did?
