When I try to add a tab stop to my ruler (in word 2010) my mouse changes to a little up and down arrow (looks like it's for sizing or something) but it will not let me add the tab stop. How do I make this go away so I can add my tab stops again?
Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

Can you tell me which version of windows you are running please?

Thank you

Is this process going to change my default document template?

yes, so you will need to set it again after running it Andrew.

Ok, it seemed to fix it.

It was a corrupted setting, so we needed to reset it Andrew.

It will be ok now.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. Please confirm that the 13.00 charge went through. My bank identified it as fraud but I confirmed it. They said you might have to re-run it. Contact me if there is a problem.

Thanks, it did come through for me Andrew.
