Resolved Question:

Bernie - you helped me in the past and I hope you can perform another miracle for me! I'm now on a Dell Surface PC with Windows 8. Everything's been chugging along until yesterday when IE stopped working. I'm receiving and sending email and can get online via Firefox...it's just that IE won't load. Which is really weird, since I seem to be contacting you via IE. Help?
