Outlook doesn't give any signal, I´ve just seen that the mails sent has not gone. They should be in "Sent". A map "out basket" comes up down on left side of the screen and there the out mails are but I can't send them.

At last Telia has solved the problem. The issue was that Bredbandsbolaget have changed the account for outgoing mail. Telia helped me to change it back and now it works. My be this is not understandable as explanation but anyway, it works now.

The mail problem is solved but I can't close join me. How do I do to close it?

Restart your computer Rita (turn it off then on again), and it will be closed.
