Jena,

When you copy a text from Word, are you able to PASTE the copied text to Powerpoint or other programs there?

Or you copied a text from Powerpoint and you cannot PASTE the copied text to Word?

I cannot COPY in word... that is the problem. I don't really have the time to deal with this, can I just cancel my payment? I will take my computer to the mac store where I bought it tomorrow and get them to fix it.

Jena,

I am sorry about the issue. I can help you with this if you have time to troubleshoot the problem with me. However, if you prefer to send the unit to the store, that is good specially if your device is still covered with warranty.

You can cancel this question any time, or I can request to cancel this as well.
