Hi. I purchased the office 365 home premium for one year 4 days ago -order number XXXXXXXXXXX and the product key has an N which is mentioned as invalid character and I cannot open my files, I called and had chat on two consecutive days for long hours with two agents on two seperate occasions(Pheo and Joshua F) and tried different approaches and attempts with no use . Please,send me a refund.
