original problem is with Excell, when an add-on doesnt show

Customer Question

original problem is with Excell, when an add-on doesn't show "Data analysis" item. I used all the help I got including registry editing, but the problem stays.
Then I thought may be it has to do with the file"stdole.tlb" error which appear at opening
the excell. then I deleted the /EXCELL subkey at the registry according to the help I read
(not before I saved the registry on both times). Eventually:
I cannot use the CD setup or the Control Panel 'change' and get this message:

ההתקנה לא הושלמה בהצלחה. אנו מתנצלים על אי-הנוחות. (says: installation couldn't complete.)

Hello. My name is Michael. I will be providing an answer to your question today. The problem you are experiencing may be solved with a script from Microsoft that addresses this issue with the installation and uninstallation of Office. Please go to the following page and use the "Run Now" button to run the script.

After that runs, you may have to reboot.

Try uninstalling or changing the Office setup after running that and let me know the result. I'll help you until this is resolved.

I would appreciate a moment of your time to rate my level of service. Please let me know if you have any questions.
