b. switch from the Sales Form worksheet to the Sales Record worksheet. Click cell A1
C. Turn on relative references

Hi, I successfully followed the steps in your question....

Jess M. :

Are you supposed to saved the file as Macro-Enabled file to retain the macro?

Customer:

it just says to create a button in the range C11:C12 on the sales form worksheet and assign the adddate macro button. change the button label to transfer sales data.

Jess M. :

OK. In order for the macro to be retained, the file needs to be saved as Macro Enabled file

Jess M. :

Please give me a moment so that I can send you the file for you to test.

Jess M. :

Here is the completed file.....please download it using this link:
http://www.filedropper.com/cooking2rev2

Jess M. :

In that page, click on the gray button that says Download This File

Jess M. :

The file is in XLSM file format since it contains macros...saving it as XLSX will strip the macros

Customer:

okay I got it to download and tested it thank you again.
