I purchased office 2013 on line however couldn't successfully download it.
Chris Shores spent a couple of hours on my PC after taking remote control.
In the end the problem turned out to be the slow speed of the internet in South Africa, so I purchased a disc.
This was eventually delivered, loaded, and everything was great.

Then I picked up a malware problem.
To clear this I restored my PC, however to a date before I loaded my Office 2013 disc, thinking that loading it for a second time wouldn't be a problem.
Now I can't load it for a second time, and each time I start my PC in get a notification "Sorry there is a problem". Do you have a solution?

Regards
Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

Exactly when do you get this error? When trying to install from disk (when you run the setup file).

Or you installed it but get the error when trying to open an office program?

Thank you

Hi Richard,

The deletion of my "hidden" office file worked OK, and I managed to load
from disc without further problem,
Took some time to find my product key though as it didn't get delivered
with the disc.

Thanks

Frank
